There is a front easy-access zippered pocket and the shoulder straps are padded, removable and adjustable to make this bag comfortable to carry. Features include a freshPAK ventilated shoe tunnel and mesh water bottle pocket.

When I read reviews of smaller, less expensive bags having this strong smell of plastic, one of them mentioned that the Adidas bags did not have the smell. This medium is the right side for my needs, such as an interior pocket for personal needs and roomy for a change of clothes. I love the colors on it so I thought I'd give it a shot. It's not super roomy but I can always fit my shoes, clothes, make-up bag and toiletries. And it has a side pocket specifically for your shoes so they don't touch your clothes. BRILLIANT!
