I purchased this laptop case because it was streamlined and professional looking. And it was designed to hold a laptop.
Product Description:
Overall the product looks to be high quality, the stitching looks good and some of the stress points are even double stitched. Always a good sign. Zippers look strong as well.
The main compartment is more than thick enough for a laptop, in fact I store my Samsung QX410 laptop in there along with a leather professional folder. However it is not 15 inches in height with the padding in there. The Samsung laptop is just under 14 inches across and it just barely fits in this case. If you have a laptop bigger than this get the 17" version they make. Now it is padded very well so the laptop is very secure and safe but that padding makes the inner dimensions slightly smaller than advertised. If you have an Ipad or other tablet device this bag is IDEAL.
The smaller front pouch is big enough to store your day to day needs. I have my smart phone my headphones, a multi tool, a lighter, a small flashlight, 2 pens, 2 pencils, laptop charger and my computer mouse in there. It could be a quarter of an inch thicker in my opinion , all those items fit but very snugly.
There is an additional open flap pocket on the back of the case for storage of paperwork or small folders.
There is a hook and loop pad on the front that allows you to have a Company or Name patch on it. Under that there are 2 rows of molle webbing should you need additional attachments.
The carry strap is adjustable and has an adjustable pad for added comfort when carrying.
The case lacks a water bottle holder of some kind. I fixed this by attaching a Maxpedition Rollypoly pouch to the webbing for the strap ring, this works just fine!
Pros: Lightweight, Slim, appears well made. Holds laptop, folders, and most all day to day business accessories. It looks far more professional for a business person than one of the Maxpedition Fat boy or EDC bags. And is easily HALF THE PRICE. It does not have a dedicated place for a CC pistol but you could adapt it for one if you really needed to. Best thing about this case is that it does not look like a man purse nor does it look overtly tacticool.
Cons: Padding means that laptop pocket is smaller than advertised. The strap attachment rings and the strap spring hooks are plastic. It's a strong feeling plastic, and I doubt will cause the average user any problems, but I would prefer metal personally. Front pocket could be a tad thicker. No water bottle pocket.
Sandpiper, if you read these reviews. Make this pack with a dedicated collapse-able water bottle pocket on one of the sides of the case keeping the pack slim. Make the sling attachments metal. The back folder pocket, if it had a hook and loop surface, could be made to hold a small CC pistol. Also if a version of this was made out of a good dark colored leather. I'd be all over it!
All in all this is the best laptop case I have purchased I plan to use it every day! I'll update this review as time goes on to give a perspective on longevity.Wonderful. By L. M. Gilliland

It is very good product, but i still returned it because it is WAY too small for my 15.6 inch lenovo y500. I bought the 17 inch version of this case instead and it fits perfectly.
