This is a great bag. Perfect size for a long weekend. Very similar in quality and style to Orvis's Battenkill range, but less than half the price.I have an older Boyt canvas bag that is at least 10 years old and looks new; I expect the same longevity from this bag. I would give this bag 5 stars if it had a slightly more substantial zipper (this bag's zipper is plastic and seems less durable than the heavy metal zipper in my older Boyt bag.) and if the external pockets were gusseted so they would hold bigger items.Big, high-quality, PRETTY By L. This is a good-looking, nice duffel bag. I bought it for my husband but I used it when I went on a trip and it was great! Carries everything, has enough pockets, and it's really well-made. I was able to fit my clothes for a 5-day trip, a PILLOW, a jacket, my hair dryer, and some books without stressing the zipper or seams at all. And it's built in such a way that it didn't throw me off balance when walking. (I'm 5'5" 135 lbs)
