I bought this Wheeled laptop bag (McKlein USA Roosevelt 74555 R Series 17- inch) for my husband as a gift. I had spent a LOT of time researching and reading reviews before deciding on a McKlein case and then narrowing it down to the specific features I knew he wanted. He has owned many other similar cases, although never one by this company. This bag is GREAT! So far, it's worn very well, the size is just right, He carries a lot of paperwork, a large Franklin Planner, multiple cell phones, chargers, cables, his laptop etc etc.... It all fits w/no problem. He's tall (over 6'1") and I was happy to see the extendable handle height is also good for him. This case goes with him every day....often on out of town flights...So it's HEAVILY used. Very good quality at a very good price. I feel it was an excellent purchase. I also like the way the wheels detach. He leaves the case on the wheels almost all the time. However, when detached the top handles and shoulder strap are still plenty durable enough to carry the weight of the case and all it's contents. The Amazon price was the best I found anywhere! Now I have an Ipad so I don't travel with a laptop. When I traveled with my wide screen laptop I tried and returned several cases and with this one finally found something that would fit that laptop well. I won't go into ALL the bells and whistles of this bag, as you can read about them elsewhere, but there are many.
When I traveled there was NO concern with my laptop being damaged.

- perfect protection
- lots of extra space
- removeble strap
- do not get dirty easily
cons
- the strap is not comfortable after long use
- not able to keep its balance
- a couple of small pockets on the outside will lose small objects if not careful
- a bit heavy
