This is my second Baggallini. The first one was a gift. Although it did not look like much when I got it, I started using it and quickly found it was the best made and most useful bag I had ever carried! A pocket for everything, sturdy, and looks good with everything you wear. I wore it traveling abroad, and it was the best thing I took - light weight, sturdy, the strap can adjust to however you need to wear it, and it holds a ton. Wanted a small light weight purse for travel. Don't need to cary a wallet because of the organizer pocket. Also big enough for my e reader or a small bootle of water. Like the color to go with my spring shoes. Also really like the adjustable shoulder strap.Great Start--Disappointing finish. UPDATE By Terry
Pros: The bag was perfect for light duty use, holding essentials for quick trip to stores or social engagements. No need for a wallet, but room for a small one if that's your preference. Great size. Fit neatly into my larger travel bag. Polished look.
Cons: 1)Didn't survive 4 days of light-duty use. The stitching gave way where the anchor ring for the shoulder strap is attached. Made the bag useless.
2)Wrote to the manufacturer three times, and didn't get a response. Amazon requires a manufacturers response when the product is defective.
3)A very expensive bag given how quickly it fell apart.
UPDATE: the replacement bag has held up exceedingly well. I'd chalk up my original
Experience to a manufacturing defect. Amazon stood behind it. I'd buy another one of Amazon.
