If you carry a lot of things to work or school this is the bag for you. I work in construction and commute to NYC by train everyday . I am always amazed how much work clothes, gear and tools I can stuff into this bag. You will lose small stuff in this bag and it will take a little time to find it inside! It happens to me all the time. The shoulder strap suspension is very comfortable and the grab handle on top is tough. When I wear out my Ridgemont back pack I will definitely by another to replace it!I am happy By Mary
