The fabric is high quality and durable, and also seems to be relatively stain /dirt resistant. I have had it in constant use for about a month now and would almost like to purchase another. I am able to go from toting legal size work docs, etc to workout gear, to reading and relaxation items for a mtn camping trip. Plus when it's not loaded up with various extras, I have my basics and use it daily instead of a purse, which is great if you like to walk more in the summer months rather than drive. And, I don't have to tote plastic grocery bags around when I have to just pick up an item or two.Great bag! By Mari
