I spend a lot of time on a bicycle as it is my main form of transportation, and therefore require a lot of different bags for different situations. I bought this smaller backpack for summertime, when I don't need to carry so much extra clothing and hats, gloves, etc.
The bag is well-constructed and durable, no doubt, but there are two extremely important things that this back lacks: 1) stash pockets - what you see is what you get for storage. The main compartment is unlined and has no pockets or key-clips, and the front pocket is the same. Small backpack or no, dividers that allow one to separate keys, glasses, pens, and wallet from everything else are essential in any backpack. 2) straps - a well-designed backpack will not sag down your back, making the weight of the contents pull at your shoulders. I cannot adjust the straps to get the pack seated properly on my back.
If this were a $20 backpack I'd give it five stars but it's not. For well over $50, I expect more from my gear.Package in excellent condition but colour is a little off... By Marcus Lee
Just picked up the package personally this afternoon and was very pleased when I opened up the parcel as packaging was simply fabulous. However, the colour of the bag I received isn't really grey as shown in the picture but slightly greenish-greyish. Could that be due to the different lightings? Perhaps. But all in all, I am very pleased.
