I had liked the Victorinox Luggage Werks Traveler 4.0 Ultra-Light Carry-On Bag so much I decided to buy the 24 inch version to replace a 25 inch "Chaps" bag whose trolley handle broke after just a few trips. The 24 inch Victorinox shares many features of its smaller brother, including high-quality construction with sturdy zippers, protected seams and easy-gliding wheels. It also shares the two-piece strap system that can be used to attach a second or even third bag - I used this to secure my briefcase on top while I wheeled it through the airport. And the interior is nicely shaped, allowing you to use every available cubic inch.
There are a couple of differences, other than size. The first is that this 24-inch has a zipper-expandable gusset to add another inch or so of depth. Another is that the telescoping T handle does not have a zippered cover protecting it when closed, though it did not seem to open accidentally during its travels. I like that the T-handle swivels and that it is just one bar down the middle of the bag rather than two.
Inside is a folding "suit carrier" which led to some head-scratching until I figured out exactly how it was supposed to go in. (Of course, I had neglected to note how it was attached before taking it off!) It folds in thirds and can accommodate longer clothes - an adjustable strap holds it in place on the lid. A non-removable zippered mesh flap pocket is on one side of the interior, and the lid has a mesh cover to hold more things. One keyed TSA lock is included, and all of the zipper pulls are metal and can be locked.
I took the 24-incher on a week business trip and it worked very well. It showed no damage at all from the airline. Victorinox even guarantees against damage caused by airlines! I expect to use this bag a lot.Perfect for up-to-1 week trips! By JORGE GUZMAN

I chose Victorinox based on the excellent reviews I read regarding overall quality, lifetime warranty and use of space for the luggage. I wanted to maximize the interior space to pack as much as possible without having to go to a larger size bag. I love the fact that the wheels are integrated into the design of the bag so that the total dimensions don't increase, yet this provides a little extra room inside. I also love the comfort and design of the telescopic handle...the fact that the hand piece rotates 45 degrees and the arm is slightly curved makes this very easy to pull without feeling the weight of the bag on your arm and shoulder.
Overall, I highly recommend this bag for style, quality, design and function. This is actually the 2nd piece that I have purchased, based on another recent purchase of the same bag in a smaller size!
