As a slinder girl i was concerned about size of an external frame pack. After trying an internal frame pack and a military style pack i tried my husbands external frame pack. The weight distribution was better, having a shelf to lash your sleeping bag to creates a generous amount of storage and it was a great fit for me. I would recomend this pack highly, it is definatly the pack for me!
