I'm a professional woman who has to carry a purse and a laptop bag. I didn't want one of those bulky rolling bags, so I knew I'd have to carry whatever bag I purchased. This bag fit the bill. I can carry my purse on my shoulder, and carry this one in my hand, or the other way around. The bag has a very nice padded shoulder strap for comfort, and it has enough room to insert your computer, charger, and also enough papers, folders, and pens/pencils, for a day's work. Overall looks good and most importantly, my laptop fits inside of it. It delivered in the time frame specified. I only gave it a rating of four stars since I haven't really used it, just made sure the laptop fit inside and that the zippers worked.
