For those of you interested in purchasing a brief bag, I highly recommend the Piazza and Floto Luggage. I have had it for two weeks now, but only now the chemical smell is starting to subside. You couldn't leave the bag inside. Otherwise, it's a great bag like others have said.
7/27: the shoulder strap just come off on one end and the bag hit the marble stairs with my iPad in it. That's pretty much all I ever carry around in that bag, my Pad and two thin magazines. There's no excuse for the shoulder strap to disintegrate after just a few weeks.Excellent bag but very poor brass hardware By AB
The quality is superb. It is very elegant. I wished the pen holder in the inner compartment was in the outer compartment. That way I don't have to put my MacBook on a sleeve to avoid scratches.
Product Update after 2 months: The brass hardware of the detachable shoulder strap broke and fell off after two months of use.
