The bag is the perfect size for my 15" MacBook and holds most of the critical components (mouse, notebook, pens, cards) easily. I love the way you can put it down and it will easily stand up on its own. It is made out of quality leather and looks fantastic. What more could one possibly want? In all honesty, I think the bag has a few very critical flaws that prevent it from being great.
1. Bad flap clip design: The design of the clips make it difficult to open and close the bag, especially when it is full. Aside from feeling like I have to wrestle with my bag to get it opened or closed sometimes, I believe this puts extra stress on the clips and I am worried about accidentally breaking one of them.
2. The storage design is lacking: With as much space as this bag has, I would have hoped the storage design would have been more well thought out. It has the very basics for business cards, pens and a very small pocket for a thin mouse or cell phone, but your power supply, headphones, hard drive etc. are just going to float around loose.
3. Bad shoulder strap clip design: I have had the shoulder strap come open on me twice, but fortunately I was in a carpeted area and no damage was done. This is because the self locking clips can be pushed open as it contacts the top of the bag when lifting the bag from a resting position. You can avoid this by rotating the clipping the mechanism to be outward facing (which doesn't look as nice) but it would be good if there was a warning of some sort in the bag.
4. No padding for your laptop: I would have expected a $200 bag to offer some amount of padding but there is none.
All in all, the bag has the potential to me great but it doesn't quite get there. I believe the bags strengths exceed the weaknesses and have decided to keep the bag, but I will be looking for something better designed in the near future.Great Bag By P. Holzmann
This is a very high quality bag and worth every penny. One area people have mentioned is the clips to close the flap. For me this is a non-issue in that I prefer the old school using the buckles. I did however add two additional holes per strap. You can check out the pictures to see. The whole processes is very simple you will just need a ruler and a leather hole punch (see images). Now the bag is perfect, the build quality is excellent and the functionality is great. It is plenty big for me, can not imagine it being any bigger. This is coming from a IT Security person, so you can imagine what I carry around. I should qualify that I have my "IT Security Backpack" which also travels with me, but for my tablet and documents, journal, notes etc. It is great and clients are giving it rave reviews.
UPDATE: Wanted to post this update because I tested something and it solved the clip issue some people are mentioning. You may recall the additional holes I created on the straps. Well the when one uses the middle hole the clips work perfectly no issues at all. They open and close flawlessly I believe the original hole location is creating to much tension on the strap thus the issues. Also I have found the additional holes add to the look of the bag.

Best looking briefcase I have run across. I love it. Big enough to hold a macbook and ipad as well as documents, pens, etc..
The best think is the strap. Stays on the shoulder when walking.
