The zippers are a bit HARD to use. They seem to be industrial made, VERY tough, but damn, hard to move the zipper.

My 13 inch mac book fits perfectly in here with enough room in the other pocket for my charger and planner. I love how it looks and how light this bag is. The inside of the laptop compartment is padded to protect your laptop, which is essential. There are places for pencils, pens, etc. in the extra zip up pocket. The strap is comfortable and can be adjusted to whatever height you may need it at.
I'm giving this a five star rating because it does the job well, looks great, is light weight, and seems like it will last for a good while.
