Customer Reviews:

college kid loves it By Katherine Hooper
I got this backpack for my college student who carries a laptop, tablet, and phone all around a college town. He loves it.

It's sturdy, well-padded, has many pockets, comfortable breathable straps, and uses high-quality fabric and zippers and pulls. There are multiple zippered pockets for chargers, keys, money, snacks, etc.

This bag is not bulky and it's surprisingly roomy for such a compact bag. However, it's not roomy enough to carry textbooks along with a laptop. If you need to carry both, you'll need something bigger.

Lastly, the bag looks great!

One word - Amazing! By Dana G.
I saw Thule bags at the Apple Store and was inwardly drooling to myself. Such a detailed bag. I am a person who adores compartments and pockets in almost anything. When I got the chance to review this Thule bag, I was overjoyed. This is an incredible bag for airport travel. I haven't taken this pack on a trip yet, but I can't wait. Oodles of zippers and pockets to store my chargers, pockets on the sides for water bottles or cylindrically shaped objects. (I have some great Tupperware cups with lids that I put snacks in, thus ensuring crush-proof eats.) I love the "SafeZone" crush proof compartment for sunglasses. Genius!

Of course this bag is incredibly protective of my Macbook, Kindle Fire HD, and iPad. And all of them can fit in this pack at the same time. I like that in this gray color the interior is not black. Not sure how the interior of the black pack looks, but I hate when the inside of a bag is black. It makes it a lot harder to find stuff inside. Love the ergonomic zipper pulls, which are attached by nylon cord. There is a jangle factor when walking around with this pack, with all of these zipper pulls swinging about, but usually you won't hear it if you are anywhere but inside your quiet house.

The pack is very comfortable to wear. It is padded, ventilated, and every detail has been well thought out. Even the hook handle (above the back straps, where you would grab it to pick it up) is padded. With all of your electronics loaded into this pack, it will be a bit heavy, so that padding is a nice touch. The only thing I worry about with this pack is losing it. It is a very handsome bag and I would not want anyone to walk off with it, even if it were empty.

Awesome Backpack By K. Isserman
This daypack holds much more than an every day pack, and its best feature is that the pack itself, while padded for electronics, is very lightweight. I normally use an Ogio, which is much heavier and slightly larger. I use the Ogio for weekend traveling so I decided to try this pack for my last three day trip. It held two days of clothes, an iPad mini, a dslr camera with an 18-300 lens, my chargers and camera accessories, a ditty bag, and a point and shoot camera in the front padded small compartment. After all of the electronics, it was still lightweight. The stabilizing strap was not even needed to balance the load.

The pack comes with two water bottle pockets on the side that expand to fit different sized bottles. They are made of a material that absorbs water and condensation. The front has the padded more structured pocket to protect electronics like a small camera or lens or glasses. The lower pocket is very narrow. I put small chargers and papers in that. That pocket has almost no depth. The pocket behind those fit my iPad mini in a separate slip pocket and my ditty bag plus more papers. It had multiple small slip pockets. The main compartment fit my two pack it cubes. It also had a mesh zipper pocket. I put my 15" Macbook Pro in a padded pocket in that compartment. It has a separate slot for an iPad at the front of the padded pocket which is also padded. The back of the pack is padded and comblike so it is very comfortable on the back.

While I packed mine full for a trip, this pack can be used for a variety of purposes, and as I stated earlier, it is so lightweight. It is smaller than the Ogio therefore holding less, but it served its purpose well with no complaints.
