This is a terrific suitcase, very robust and well designed. However it is somewhat wider than the average suitcase and on its first trans-Atlantic trip was damaged at one corner and badly scuffed by the time it reached London; it looked like it had been at the bottom of the luggage pile in the aircraft hold and was the last item to arrive on the carousel. Nonetheless it survived by dint of its sturdiness but I suspect its width may have been the root cause. If I was buying another I would opt for the slimmer version hence the 4 stars only.Nice Suitcase By Paul Holden
I like the case - the handle is a little awkward. It stood up well on my first trip and in the past I have found the warranty service to be excellent
