loved the bag but the shoulder strap was missing when received. Had to call the manufacturer to get a replacement strap but it was not the same as the one that should have been included with the bag. Shipping was very fast. I would have been completely satisfied had the laptop bag come with the original shoulder strap.A very good buy By Shouan Pan
