The STM Linear is a slim profile bag that orients your laptop vertically in a soft-lined compartment and protects it with high-density padding. Separate from the laptop compartment is a slip pocket is big enough for a 10 inch tablet or iPad. On the front, a zippered organization compartment keeps your essentials handy and secure. Two additional drop pockets one in front and one in back are great for books or perhaps a power cord. Another soft-lined, zippered pocket on the outside of the flap provides access to your phone or sunglasses without opening the bag. The shoulder strap is padded and adjustable. Or, remove it altogether and use the carry handle at the top instead. The front flap can be secured with low-profile buckles and doesn’t have any noisy Velcro to announce your presence to the world. A slim band around the back of the bag is conveniently placed to slip over the handle of your rolling luggage. The STM Linear is made from durable 300D polyester fabric and is backed by a limited lifetime warranty. Available in Small or Medium to accommodate 13-Inch or 15-Inch laptops.

Nice but Small By Michael S. Labrow
I just got this today. I had been using a backpack with a computer compartment previous to this bag, so I'm still trying to get my mind around having so little space. I have a macbook air 13", a iPad 2, a slim Seagate backup drive, and almost nothing else in the bag, and there is barely room for the chargers. The 13" bag is small. I could MAYBE step up to a retina 13 and fit it all, but I'd probably have to take the case off my iPad. The bag is comfortable to wear even if it's a little heavier than I was expecting (again coming from a backpack with all the weight spread out vs having it in one DENSE packet changes the perception of the weight even if it's probably lower than my previous rig). I'm curious to see how this will work out long term. I'm cautiously enthusiastic right now. The bag looks great. It is comfortable to carry. The bag itself is relatively light. I'm definitely going to need to get used to not being able to carry things like a power strip with me, or any of the other extras. I guess that's to be expected when stepping down to such a small bag... I'm just surprised at how little tolerance there is in the bag, everything fits in tightly, and squeezing in anything else is like trying to squeeze into too tight clothing, everything just bulges out in what can best be described as an unsightly way.Perfect for commuting By Ethics Commitee
It wasn't easy finding a commuter bag that can hold documents, a light snack and a numerous amount of other items like keys, IPAD, wallet, glasses etc. Pockets in all the right places.

This bag is perfect for my EARLY 2013 Macbook Pro Retina 13". It even fits the computer with a hardshell case (Kuzy brand). It is snug enough that I am not worried that it will slip easily or fumble around within the case.The padding surrounding the computer is quite sizable, except for the top where the flap covers, and I am comfortable with the safety of this bag.
The strap fits comfortably and doesn't shift around too much.
The plethora of pockets is useful. I find all of them to be easily accessible when wearing the bag.
