Bag is nice and compact and it moves great. The handle on the bag seems to slip even after you lock into desired position. Wish it were more stable :(Handle broke By BB loup
The handle button stopped working so I can't release it. I need to poke the locking pin in and then fight with the handle to lower it. Seems like its impossible to fix. Very disappointing for such an expensive product. I never treated it roughly.great bag By Elise
I love this bag, it's the second one I bought. I take cabs a lot for work and it fits in the back seat, rather than having to put it in the trunk. It's durable and the wheels are quiet, doesn't matter if you get caught in the rain, it dries quickly.
