I thought these would have a pocket inside so that I could slide in a business card or extra information.

Thanks to another reviewer, I bought this knowing that the only way to put any information on this was to write it on the attached cloth flap. That said, a little sleeve to slide a pre-printed business card, etc. into, would be a nice touch.
Other than that, it does what it's supposed to - it's bright, makes your bag immediately recognizable, and, since it goes ont he handle, makes it pretty much impossible for someone else to accidentally grab your bag from the baggage claim (or worse, the gate check area). It's a little thin, so I'm not sure it's going to last for decades, but it would likely get dark and dirty from the grime collected during travel well before it wears out. I don't know how well they would wash, but at this price, replacement would be an easy decision.
One other note - I love that this locks tightly to your bag (I'm tired of cab drivers picking my bags up by the luggage tags and snapping them off - you'd think they'd never handled a bag before), but it probably shouldn't be your only identification on the bag. I wouldn't trust that all the luggage handlers at all the airports in the world would figure out to take it off and look inside. Another luggage tag, or even just a business card slipped in a front pocket, would probably be a good idea.
