Incredible Construction, weird color By B
I've been using this bag for weekend trips for a couple of months now. I love the construction. It is impeccably designed, fashionably and practically. This bag definitely seems to come from a category of luggage well beyond its price range. Even in the higher price ranges, I haven't seen this combination of perfect size, non-wheeled, and chic. I do like the elegant sexy weekend style.
Flying with it is seamless. It's convenient to slide a laptop in and out along the side for security. The outer pocket provides a nice spot to put boarding passes and small details, phones etc. The strap is comfortable. It does bias towards fashion on the strap a little bit by not providing a particularly adjustable strap, so if you're a bit short the bag will come down past your hip. But it is so nice to have a strap that doesn't involve flipping or sliding and looks at one with the bag. It has been tested on Delta, Virgin, and United - fits perfectly in the over head bins, sticks out a little under the seats on Virgin, but you'll never have to gate side check it. It's definitely too nice a bag to let it get checked. For clothes, I find it has enough structure to it, that if you're careful with folding, they'll pick up minimal wrinkling etc. I find it can comfortably take a laptop, 2 pairs of shoes, a jacket, toiletries, and 4 days of clothes.
The only downside is as stated in reviews for other bags from this brand - the color is a bit hit or miss. It is high end non-black leather, so there will be pieces that take the dye in different ways. The one I got was Heinze ketchup red, rather than cherry red. My recommendation would be to order two and keep the one with the better color.Fabulous Flight Bag! By LBP
Love this Bag! Great for short weekend away or quick business travel during the week. Fits all items needed and I receive complements from other travelers (male & female), hotel bellman, and my colleagues! Only improvement would be to add a strip across the back to slide on larger wheeled bag.Gorgeous! By D. Alden
Okay, this review might be a bit premature, since I've yet to use my bag, but honestly: I can't wait! So gorgeous! Patent "sand" colored leather imprinted like crocodile, a ton of pockets, roomy and super stylish. It makes me feel like a jet-setter: I guess I need to plan more travel. Just lovely.
