Congrats to this seller. This is very high quality leather, with quality craftmanship in the sewing. If this is Chinese, there may be hope yet for the Middle Kingdom. The only suggestions I have are to use larger clasp hardware to handle a larger connection, and offer the hardware in a good quality brass.Basic look but Good quality By ellen_ig
This strap saved me from having to replace my entire briefcase, which I have loved and which is still in great shape. It was the hardware on the original strap that failed, so that was the first thing I looked at on this strap. Hardware appears to be sturdy (though only time will tell) and is smooth and even--no jags or pits. The matte finish is not a perfect match to my original bag, but the difference is subtle enough that it's not an issue for me. Shoulder pad is comfy and an improvement (last strap didn't have one). The leather is soft, and doesn't seem to scuff easily. Nice product.
