This is a great bag for the working woman! I chose it because I wanted a bag that would hold and protect my I-Pad, my work I-Phone, and my personal flip phone as well as the normal things I would carry in my purse such as a good size wallet, hair brush, cosmetics, business cards and other necessities. It is light and although it is not water proof, did not stain in the rain. The only thing that I have to be careful with is that when I use the handles and not the larger cross body strap, you could trip over it. The strap does detach, and this would solve that problem, but 80% of the time I use the cross body strap and do not want to keep taking it on and off. It is not a big problem, but one to be aware of. I try to stay with a non-leather bag when possible, and this Baggallini Madrid tote is both stylish and practical. The space under the turn-lock is perfect for a cell phone; the two diagonal pockets keep my lipsticks and business cards at hand. The light-colored, contrasting interior makes it easy for me to locate items, and there are pockets for pens, sunglasses, and a nice cushioned section for an e-reader or small-to-medium tablet. This tote is also lightweight enough to make it travel-worthy. The workmanship is very high quality, and I always get compliments on my bag.
I have purchased the Madrid tote in 3 other colors so I can carry the identical style regardless of the season of the outfit.

Just received this and I've fallen in love. I travel for work needing space for 2 iPads (personal and work) a diary, sunglasses, reading glasses, makeup, purse & mobile. All fit beautifully in this and the style look means its great for a work look as well as very funky for the casual look.
Love the option for long strap and really appreciate the smaller padded handles as they fit over my shoulders well and don't slip off like some of the wider straps. Just a perfect bag.
Off to buy a few more in different colours.
