I ordered a replacement bag for one that I have had for years; I ordred blue/black and received bright yellow which isn't even an option. I now have to wait for a return authorization, it is not automatic which is frustrating....I am alos unhappy that I will be charged a fee for returning this item. I am protesting the return fee and hope that Amazon does the right thing. I order from this site every month and I never like to order from NON-amazaon vendors just because of this issue. I want to receive my item, inspect, and if it isn't right be able to print the return label wihtout receiving special permission from the vendor. Amazon needs to change how this operates.
