Decent strap for the price.
This is a pretty decent strap. Mine was 69" long (actual strap) plus a couple of inches for the buckle.
Pros:
Long enough for my application.
Fairly durable.
Cons:
Address pocket is not big enough for a business card.
The plastic used for the address pocket is not very sturdy.
There is no way to "lock" the strap to a specific length. It is easily adjustable, so it is easy for it to become a little loose.
Eagle Creek Travel Gear ID Luggage Straps. Black
I ordered these to use with some Eagle Creek X-Large Duffel bags that I was using to haul extra luggage overseas to my duty station in Eastern Europe. I am pleased to say that both the luggage straps and the duffel bags were up to Eagle Creek standards. Strong, durable and added security. I would recommend these straps to anyone. They held up to international cargo handling through four airports without any noticeable wear. I was very pleased and will order some more.
Sturdy Strap!
I had a couple of the less expensive straps and they do not hold up. After a few trips the snaps broke. These are very sturdy, snap tightly and have the added bonus of your ID in a little clear pocket on the front. They easily adjust to a specific bag and then they don't need further adjustments.
